Pillar II • GanjaVerse Infrastructure & Ad Commons

GanjaNation – GanjaVerse Infrastructure

Metaverse layer, ad commons, shared revenue model, embassies, and device strategy.

5b. GanjaVerse Infrastructure, Ads & Shared Revenue

The GanjaVerse is not just a visual layer – it is the economic commons where the community’s attention and presence are organized and monetized for the community, not against it.

5b.1 The Main Area (Ad Commons)

At the heart of the GanjaVerse is a shared “Main Area” – a persistent plaza or district where:

  • Featured vendors can appear in shared spaces
  • Events, sessions, and streams are hosted
  • Billboards, signage, and sponsored spots are placed

This Main Area is the primary place where advertising inventory lives. Instead of being controlled by a single company, access to this inventory is structured around transparent rules and community votes.

5b.2 Democratic Ad Placement

Ads are not sold purely to the highest bidder. Instead:

  • Vendors propose campaigns and creatives
  • Community members (or regional councils) review and vote
  • Only approved campaigns run in the Main Area

This creates a true “power in numbers” model: the community collectively decides what appears in its shared virtual spaces.

5b.3 Revenue Sharing Model

Revenue from GanjaVerse ads is shared back into the ecosystem:

  • A portion funds platform operations and development
  • A portion is allocated to regional pools based on activity
  • A portion can be distributed to users via:
    • GanjaCoin rewards
    • Region-level grants
    • Community projects and events

In other words, when the GanjaVerse makes money, the community does too. The more people participate, the more value they can help unlock and share.

5b.4 On-the-Ground Embassies & Kiosks

To bridge digital and physical, GanjaNation deploys on-the-ground “Embassy Kiosks”:

  • Small physical booths or counters in partner locations (lounges, dispensaries, events)
  • Provide onboarding to the app and GanjaVerse
  • Act as local help desks and information points
  • Serve as verification points for vendors and community members

These embassies make GanjaNation visible and accessible in the real world, turning the online nation into a tangible presence.

5b.5 Headset Strategy (Basic, Upgradeable Devices)

To avoid the GanjaVerse becoming a playground only for people with expensive hardware, the plan includes:

  • Distributing or subsidizing basic VR/AR-capable headsets to early regions
  • Ensuring these devices are upgradeable – modular straps, lenses, or add-ons
  • Keeping the GanjaVerse experience functional on:
    • standard browsers
    • entry-level headsets
    • mobile viewers

The goal is simple: lower the barrier to entry so that participation in the metaverse layer is driven by community size and culture, not by who can afford high-end hardware.

This combines with the ad commons and revenue sharing to reinforce the core idea: power in numbers – our collective presence builds value that can be transparently shared back into the community.
